







The Universal Power Module Power Controller is a highly integrated control core developed for multi-module series/parallel power supply systems. Featuring high integration, strong communication capability and multiple protection functions, it serves as the unified control core for the power supply product series. The controller is based on a PL/PS collaborative architecture and covers power supply monitoring, multi-channel current/voltage acquisition, IGBT drive and feedback, multi-channel communication (EtherCAT, RS485, Gigabit Ethernet), pulse triggering and protection chains. Together with power modules, supercapacitor packs and chargers, it forms a complete universal power supply system. The product is suitable for applications such as new energy, power electronics, energy storage and industrial high-voltage measurement and control.

This product consists of the following three boards.A complete system consists of one main control board, one IGBT hub board and multiple current sampling sub-boards working together. The main control board provides externally 1 channel of EtherCAT, multiple channels of ADC acquisition, an external trigger optical port and 2 channels of RS485 communication. The IGBT hub board is responsible for the aggregation and distribution of 8 channels of IGBT control, and performs voltage acquisition. The current sampling sub-board is used together with the main control board: it acquires the power circuit current and transmits it to the ADC of the main control board.
