Three years after its establishment, Startorus Fusion has risen rapidly from the initial stage, and has made a number of landmark breakthroughs in the field of spherical Tokamak: the successful realization of the stable operation of the first international repeated reconnection technology scheme (global statistics as of the first publication of this article), and the completion of the innovative practice of spherical Tokamak plasma optimization configuration, as well as the planning of starting construction of the world’s first negative triangle spherical Tokamak NTST device. It has also made remarkable achievements in the research and development of high-temperature superconducting magnets, and has successfully developed the prototype of 18 Tesla high-field D-shaped high-temperature superconducting magnets and SH-150 Helmholtz high-temperature superconducting magnet development and test platform. The team has also expanded rapidly from the initial 10 people to more than 140 people at present, forming a strong R&D team.

In the field of intellectual property rights, Startorus Fusion has also made remarkable progress. From the initial construction of the patent system to today’s full blossom, a total of 241 intellectual property rights, including 169 patents, forming a strong patent protection network. It is worth mentioning that with the vigorous development of fusion industry, Startorus Fusion has successfully realized the commercial application of technology derivatives, further broadened the application scenarios and market potential of fusion technology, and demonstrated the company’s dual strength in technological innovation and commercial exploration.
